Jucy had a developed layout plan and extremely tight time frame for completion when they approached us. The peak tourism season was approaching, and this dictated a fast turnaround and Cohesive were able to stand out from the rest with an in-house design and consents team. Construction was completed in two stages which allowed the continued operation of the business in temporary office buildings.
All timelines were ultimately met, with the client taking possession of the site two weeks ahead of schedule.
The building has the following features: - A 32m x 6m cantilevered canopy outside the warehouse for covered parking - Reception, office and amenities contained within the office building - A 17.5m x 3.25m cantilevered feature canopy with internal gutter outside the reception area of the offices - Large workshop containing vehicle hoists, gantry, parking and two vehicle wash bays.
